Slow customer service

The products are average quality. Customer's service is very slow. Still haven't received a reply on my ticket after 24hrs!

Forget returning things

Forget returning things. You send back and they keep your money. Happened 3x. I had to dispute on credit card. Also have website and mobile ap and the orders get screwed up. Horrible customer service.

So many problems

The clothes where super cheap, you could feel the thin fabric that felt like it would tear apart in the washing machine, the chain that came with the pants where plastic, all of the clothes are either for really slim or plus sized girls, I am neither. The pants and shorts I ordered had zero room for thighs, and I ordered a plus sized top since it didn't have the big enough size on the size chart. It didn't mention that it was stretchy fabric so now the top is too big.:(
But I did order a phone case with is very good quality as well as a purse. And they came a week early.

DO NOT ORDER EXPRESS SHIPPING IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA

I used to respect this company until now. I ordered stuff in the past with standard shipping and everything went just fine. However, recently, I made an order over 100 dollars and ROMWE offered FREE express shipping so I took it. Worst decision of my life. Shortly after I made the order, I got an email after it has been shipped.

First of all, it was from DHL. It said that the expected date for arrival was May 17th, which was EXCUSE ME? EVEN SLOWER THAN STANDARD SHIPPING. (May 15th)

Second of all, not only that, I had to pay a 26 dollar duty tax! This was a hidden fee that popped up last second and it enraged me. I might as well have PAID for express shipping instead of getting it free! And for what? The arrival date to be even later than normal shipping?

ROMWE, please don't come telling me that you already warned us beforehand with the tiny red font at the checkout page that says "MAY have to pay customs," because that's the most inconspicuous way that you could've put it EVER, especially BAITING us with the free express shipping. I couldn't even cancel my order after getting the email because it was already SHIPPED by then.

After reaching out to customer service with their reply interval of one message every 13 hours, I had no choice but to pay the fee before getting any help because time was TICKING and I was receiving emails from DHL threatening me to pay or they would DESTROY my order.

After 2 days I did end up getting refunded HALF the fees after bargaining with them, but seriously? ROMWE, MAKE IT MORE BLATANT AND STRAIGHT FORWARD THAT IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A HIGH FEE LAST SECOND. Make it an actual NOTICE, the font BIG, and warn people PROPERLY before random hidden fees and taxes are going to charge them for your apparently "FREE" express shipping.

I am highly disappointed with this company that they wouldn't even give me a full refund after SUPER BELATED "EXPRESS" SHIPPING, and an overpriced hidden fee that they try to just ignore because apparently they put a wishy washy "disclaimer" in font size 3 at the check out page. I basically threw away 26 dollars for nothing.

Never received package and they still have my money

Ordered a sweater from Romwe the wait was ages and I never even ended up receiving my order. I was confused and contacted them at the customer services and had to wait a week for a response.
They told me that my package had been delivered and the problem was “resolved” They still have my money and I don’t even have what I payed for.
I feel totally scammed and am never ordering from this site again.

No customer service

I ordered a package and it was returned to sender by the post office by mistake. I tried contacting the romwe customer support but it's a robot and doesn't answer questions. I have been unable to get a refund or have the item resent. I am very frustrated and will never shop here again. This is unbelievable. I also tried emailing them and got no response. I just want the item I payed for or my money back. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Not a scam. But a decent website to use

This website isn’t a scam. But some of the stuff will break easily but it still looks good. One of my friends sibling shops there for clothing all the time. The reviews on the items in the website are 100% real and you can tell they are. So if you plan to shop there I suggest looking at the reviews on some of the items to make sure they don’t break is easily.

I need my order it's been 7 months I need my order as soon as possible or transfer my money back

Lost Parcel and No Refund

I ordered a parcel back in November and it still hasn't arrived (it is January now). When I tried contacting them directly, I was met with a bot whose responses weren't at all helpful. I am unable to talk to a real person and ask for a refund for the lost parcel and therefore lost my money.

Scam

I placed an order and never recieved it. It's been over a month. When I went to check on my order it vanished and theres no trace of it. I had taken a screen shot so I will be contacting my bank to have them investigate the charge.
Smh scammers suck

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROMWE

Do not purchase anything from this online store. I ordered a month ago and haven't gotten my order or updates on its shipping. They have not responded to my emails or texts.
I'm so angry I spent my money with them. I recommend Forever 21 or SHEIN instead.

I received the wrong order I’ve been…

I received the wrong order I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and all I got was a crop top a bikini and belt that I did NOT order it’s probably worth 20$ and my order was 70$ so I want you to send my original order and tell me what to do with the order I have now I don’t want a refund for my original order I want my original order to arrive like it was supposed to. Very bad service.
